Emilia Åström is a facilitator, learning experience designer and remote work coach with a focus on developing learning teams through visual problem solving and collaboration.
She has designed and facilitated learning experiences with organizations such as MTV, Viacom, Hyper Island, Fox, Danone, Telefonica and Mondelez.
She’s an experienced designer and facilitator of remote meetings, workshops and conferences. She coaches teams in remote facilitation to run better online sessions using tools such as MURAL, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
As Learning Experience Lead at MURAL, the online whiteboard for visual collaboration, she has worked with large enterprises such as IBM, Steelcase, Vanguard, Spotify, LEGO and Netflix who want to scale digital innovation processes in remote teams.
Together with Publicitarias, she designs tools and processes for content creation with gender perspective used by agencies, brands, universities and communicators from Argentina, Mexico, and Miami to Spain. She’s facilitated learning experiences with groups of 10 to 250 participants for brands, agencies and schools such as Dentsu, Mercedez, Fox, Facebook, Google, and Brother. The toolkit for content creation with gender perspective sold 500 copies in the first 6 months.
Emilia has experience facilitating in Swedish, English and Spanish. She’s worked in Sweden, USA, England, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Ecuador, and Paraguay, and facilitates online workshops with global audiences daily.
